Serving 30 days for Twinkie Consumption

This nation continues down the path of series trouble. The recent nominee for the Supreme Court is totally out of touch with our founding fathers, the Constitution and the foundations of liberty. Progressives from both the Democratic and Republican parties are always developing schemes to "help" people. However, our founding fathers and those who espoused the ideals of freedom understood that we cannot used "our" good intentions to invade the liberties of another.

The current Supreme Court nominee seems totally inept when asked by Senator Coburn whether the congress has the constitutional authority to control what we eat. Compare how long it takes her to answer to how long it would take you to answer.

Has the U.S.government Declared War Against the People?

It appears that the U.S. government has ceased to represent the will of the people over which it rules. Here is evidence for people to ponder.
1) A flood of illegal immigrants continue to invade our nation and the government refuses to stop the invasion
2) The United States government will be joining with the government of Mexico in filing a lawsuit against the State of Arizona because of efforts Arizona is taking to stop the flood.
3) Two United States agencies, The Department of Education and the U.S. Border Patrol have entered a boycott against the state of Arizona
4)Harold Hurtt, has been hired as the director for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Office of State and Local Coordination. Hutt has been weak on immigration and has been an outspoken supporter of sanctuary cities which are created as a protection of illegal immigrants. This is like hiring the fox to protect the chicken house.

Moving to Mexico!

Dear Mr. President Obama:

I'm planning to move my family and extended family into Mexico for my health, and I would like to ask you to assist me.

We're planning to simply walk across the border from the U.S. into Mexico , and we'll need your help to make a few arrangements.

We plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration quotas and laws.

I'm sure they handle those things the same way you
do here. So, would you mind telling your buddy, President Calderon, that I'm on my way over?

Please let him know that I will be expecting the following:

1. Free medical care for my entire family.

2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need, whether I use them or not.

3. Please print all Mexican government forms in English.

4. I want my grandkids to be taught Spanish by English-speaking (bi-lingual) teachers.

5. Tell their schools they need to include classes on American culture and history.

6. I want my grandkids to see the American flag on one of the flag poles at their school.

7. Please plan to feed my grandkids at school for both breakfast and lunch.

8. I will need a local Mexican driver's license so I can get easy access to government services.

9. I do plan to get a car and drive in
Mexico but I don't plan to purchase car insurance, and I probably won't make any special effort to learn local traffic laws.

10. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo from their president to leave me alone, please be sure that every patrol car has at least one English-speaking officer.

11. I plan to fly the U.S. flag from my house top, put U. S. flag decals on my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any complaints or negative comments from the locals.

12. I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes, or have any labor or tax laws enforced on any business I may start.

13. Please have the president tell all the Mexican people to be extremely nice and never say critical things about me or my family, or about the strain we might place on their economy.

14. I want to receive free food stamps.

15. Naturally, I'll
expect free rent subsidies.

16. I'll need Income tax credits so although I don't pay Mexican Taxes, I'll receive money from the government.

17. Please arrange it so that the Mexican Gov't pays $4,500 to help me buy a new car.

18. Oh yes, I almost forgot, please enroll me free into the Mexican Social Security program so that I'll get a monthly income in retirement.

I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things for all his people who walk over to the U.S. from Mexico ... I am sure that President Calderon won't mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely.

Thank you so much for your kind help. You're the man!!!

Wacko Man!

Congressman Bob Etheridge of North Carolina assaulted a college student on the streets of DC. The student was doing a project and evidently wanted to interview the congressman and asked him if he supported Obamacare. The congressman went berserk and assaulted the student, attempting to knock something out of his hand and then grabbed his arm refusing to let go. The student asked him to let go several times and each time he refused. Finally he grabbed him by the back of the neck and yanked him forward.

This is the over all attitude of most liberals who live their lives as elitists. How dare the common man question their wisdom or authority.

Etheridge is running for reelection and hopefully this will derail his campaign.

I hope that this student will file charges against Etheridege. It should be an easy case and an easy conviction. I don't know what the punishment for assault in D.C. is but Etheridge should be wearing an orange jumpsuit and cleaning the toilet after which he will be known as both an ex congressman and an ex con.

Oh! I forgot - he offers his 'profound' apology!

Isn't that nice!

Good News for Arizona!!!!!

A recent re port is suggesting that Hispanic invaders are leaving Arizona. It appears that illegal immigrants are becoming uncomfortable and fearful as the new law prepares to go into effect.

The new Arizona law actually is not new at all as it simply mirrors already existing federal law and requires proof of legal residency from someone who is expected to be in this country illegally.

When the legislation was passed and signed into law by Arizona governor, Jan Brewer, illegal alien groups across the country immediately went into contortions over the fact that the citizens of Arizona are taking efforts to protect their borders. As most all of you know, the vast majority (around 75%) of Americans favor the Arizona decision to comply with federal law.

It will be impossible to tell until this fall, but a major indicator is the number of Hispanic students enrolled in the Arizona school system..

One indicator is coming from the Balsz Elementary School District which is one of the rare schools in to country that is still in session.

Jeffrey Smith, superintendent of the Balsz Elementary School District in Phoenix, said parents have told him they're leaving out of concern for the new law. Smith said, "They're concerned at what the law will do ... if they have anyone in their family that's illegal." School records show that enrollment went from 2,773 the day the law was signed to 2,678 this week - a drop of 95 students. When you consider that the national average cost per student enrolled in the public education system (Arizona could be slightly more or less) is approaching $10,000. The lost of these students has already saved Arizona tax payers about one million dollars. And not factored into this huge savings is the savings in law enforcement, and heath care that burden hospitals.

This is good news to Arizona. Unfortunately most of these aliens are going to other states with the majority landing in New Mexico.

Other states are considering similar laws and we encourage them to do so. This problem is out of control. The solution is troops on the border or the calling of a citizens militia.

Constitutional Warning!

A small publishing company is under fire after putting warning labels on copies of the U.S. Constitution, Declaration of Independence and other historical documents.

Wilder Publications warns readers of its reprints of the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, Common Sense, the Articles of Confederation, and the Federalist Papers, among others, that “This book is a product of its time and does not reflect the same values as it would if it were written today.”

Leaving for Nashville in the morning to attend the annual conference of the Council of Conservative Citizens. Heritage Connection is performing Friday night.

On Tuesday, June 1, we had reporters from Bankcroft media based in London, England. They conducted interviews with myself, Rachel Pendergraft and Heritage Connection. I am posting a few pictures.
