It seems you can make fun of and tell jokes about everybody except minorities. For example: You can have jokes about blondes, mother-in-laws, fat people, red-necks, Italians, Poles, Southerns - but don't even joke about minorites (unless you are a Jewish comedian).

When someone does slip and say something that is funny about a minority they better be prepared to receive wrath and indignation. Unfortunately, like vultures, others who know better then attack the "racist" with fury in an effort to demonstrate that they are not guilty and are worthy of a pat on the back by the offended.

Editor’s Note: Republican National Committee Chairman Mike Duncan said he was “shocked” that former Tennessee GOP leader Chip Saltsman sent committee members a CD featuring a 2007 parody song called “Barack the Magic Negro.” The ditty was written by comedian Paul Shanklin, who since 1993 has been featured on Rush Limbaugh’s radio show as the “Man of Many Voices,” with songs lampooning public figures.

This story is based on an interview Shanklin gave Newsmax earlier this year.

Paul Shanklin figures, at best, his songs make people laugh, and perhaps think a little. So he was largely unprepared for the firestorm sparked by a parody tweaking critics of Barack Obama.
Shanklin got the idea for his controversial tune “Barack the Magic Negro” in March 2007 after reading a column titled “Obama the Magic Negro” by David Ehrenstein in the Los Angeles Times. In the column, Ehrenstein compared Obama to the stereotypical shallow black movie character that exists only to aid the white protagonist.

“Magical Negro” is an offensive Hollywood term that has been applied to characters played by the likes of Sidney Poitier, Morgan Freeman and Will Smith, to name but a few. Almost as soon as Ehrenstein’s column ran, Rev. Al Sharpton joined the anti-Obama chorus, saying the Illinois senator hadn’t done enough to champion black causes.

“I started humming it around the house after I read the column,” Shanklin told Newsmax. “But I seriously questioned whether it was appropriate for the show.”

For one thing, Shanklin knew the issue required a lot of explanation up front. “It’s a horrible thing to say about Barack,” Shanklin said. “The guy earned his way. For people on the left to try to attack him and shoot him down early, it was amazing.

“When Sharpton jumped on board, I thought I had to do something with it. I figured if people understood what this is about, it was going to be good.”

The resulting parody quickly rose in popularity on the Limbaugh program, playing repeatedly through March and April. In it, Shanklin imitates Sharpton shouting through a bullhorn to the tune of Pete Yarrow’s classic “Puff the Magic Dragon,” with reworked lyrics such as:

Barack the Magic Negro lives in D.C.
The L.A. Times, they called him that
‘Cause he’s not authentic like me.
Yeah, the guy from the L.A. paper
Said he makes guilty whites feel good
They’ll vote for him, and not for me
‘Cause he’s not from the hood.

But the song’s popularity created a backlash for Shanklin, who said mainstream media reporters saddled him with coining the “Magic Negro” moniker for Obama and branded him a racist.
“The funniest thing I had was a request from the Today show to go on and explain myself,” Shanklin said. “I knew these guys were not my friends. I wasn’t going to go on there and have Matt Lauer asking me, ‘How long have you been a racist?’ They love to make people cry on that show. I didn’t want to be the guy crying in front of Matt Lauer.”

On the advice of a friend, Shanklin declined the Today show invitation and issued a simple statement: “The song speaks for itself. It’s a parody of David Ehrenstein’s column in which he called Obama the ‘Magic Negro.’ Go read it.”

That didn’t stop Today from covering the story, or from referring to Shanklin in most references as “the white comedian.”

“That’s why you’ll hear Rush refer to me as ‘white comedian Paul Shanklin’ on the air now. It’s a leftover from that whole affair,” he told Newsmax.

While he tries to stay lighthearted about the incident, Shanklin says he was hurt by the way the story got twisted. “I’m from Memphis, which is probably the most racially polarized city in the country. I take this issue pretty seriously.

“This was my first experience in being a part of a story and everybody got it wrong. It was kind of scary and kind of enlightening too. It’s frustrating to be on the business end of the media’s slant.

“Rush is the one who gets the slings and arrows for the most part. This time it was my turn.”

What follows are the undisputed facts concerning the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to the office of president. Any U.S. Senator or U.S. Representative is welcome to dispute these yet undisputed facts. In so doing, however, the American people demand that the evidence be produced:

1 - Barack Hussein Obama has not been vetted or certified eligible to the office of president of the United States by any agency tasked to do so or authorized to do so.

2 - Not one American citizen, not one Senator, not one Representative has seen, touched or examined Barack Hussein Obama’s vault copy Hawaii birth certificate. On October 31, 2008, Dr Chiyome Fukino, Department of Health, Hawaii, issued a press release in which she stated that she had “seen and verified” that a Hawaii birth certificate for Obama did exist; she did not state what was on it nor did she state that it showed that Obama was born in Hawaii.

3 - The Certification of Live Birth (COLB) that Obama has been waving about is not a “birth certificate” as he claims, as the mainstream media claims, as FactCheck.orgFighttheSmears.com claims. The COLB is a short form, computer printed document deriving the information printed thereon from a database of information supposedly (See #13 and #14 below) taken from the original long form vault copy Hawaiian birth certificate.

4 - Factcheck.org claims to be a non-partisan organization. Factcheck.org is funded by the Annenberg Foundation on whose board Obama sat. Factcheck.org is about as non-partisan as is Obama. The Annenberg Foundation has never passed up a chance to fund a “progressive” (a.k.a., Marxist) cause.

5 - Hawaii has a law, HRS 338-17.8, which allows for the birth registration of a child born in a foreign country so long as one parent is a U.S. citizen and so long as that parent claimed Hawaii as his or her permanent residence for one year prior to the birth. Stanley Ann (Dunham) Obama met both of these requirements.

6 - If Obama was born in Hawaii, he is, at best, a dual citizen. At his birth, his father was a British subject as Kenya was a British colony. Dual citizenship precludes Obama from eligibility under Article II, Section 1, United States Constitution. Prior cases decided by the United States Supreme Court, involving the determination of “natural born” have used Vattel’s “The Law of Nations” definition which states, “The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.” (Part I, Chapter 19, Section 212). Factcheck.org states that Obama was a dual citizen at birth.

7 - If Obama was born in Kenya, he was, at birth, a British subject as Kenya was a British colony. American law, at that time, required that Stanley Ann (Dunham) Obama be a minimum of 19 years of age at his birth to confer to him her American citizenship if he was born outside the United States; she was only 18 years old when Obama was born.

8 - Barack Hussein Obama’s paternal step-grandmother has stated before witnesses, said witnesses signing affidavits, that she was witness to the birth of Obama in Kenya. See here, here, and here.

9 - Michelle Obama has stated that Barack Hussein Obama was adopted by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian citizen.

10 - When Barack Hussein Obama was registered at the Fransiskus Assissi Primary School in Jakarta, Indonesia, his father was listed as Lolo Seotoro; his citizenship as Indonesian; his name as Barry Soetoro.

11 - When Stanley Ann (Dunham) Soetoro divorced Lolo Soetoro in 1980, the divorce papers show they had two children: one minor child (Maya), one over 18 (Barack).

12 - When Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, became an Indonesian citizen, his British citizenship would have been terminated; if he was born in Hawaii, also his American dual citizenship. Indonesia does not allow for dual citizenship.

13 - Returning to the COLB. This document, as waved about by Obama, may be authentic on its face (See #14), but it is not accurate. Were it accurate, it would show Lolo Soetoro as his father; his name as Barry Soetoro.

14 - The COLB Obama waves about lists the race of his biological father as “African.” African is not a race any more than American is. This brings into question the authenticity of the COLB Obama is waving about as his “birth certificate.”

15 - If Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, did become an American citizen, he became a naturalized American citizen which precludes him from eligibility under Article 2, Section 1, United States Constitution. There has been no proof presented that he is even a naturalized American citizen.

16 - Barack Hussein Obama has multiple aliases: Barry Soetoro, Barry Dunham, Barry Obama, Barack Soetoro, Barack Dunham. When he registered with the American Bar Association, he listed none of these as is required by law. Unless he had his name legally changed to Barack Hussein Obama after his adoption, of which there has been no proof presented, Barry Soetoro is his real name and Barack Hussein Obama is an alias.

17 - All his passport records, education records, medical records, birth records have become “not available” to the public. Those records show where he was born, if he applied for or received aid as a foreign student, the country or countries from which he has received passports.

18 - His selective service registration appears to be fraudulent. If he was a naturalized American citizen when he turned 18, and he failed to register with the selective service, he is barred from holding any position in government, elected or otherwise.

19 - If he is not even a naturalized citizen, he is barred from holding any elected office.

20 - If he is not even a naturalized citizen, he is an illegal alien.

WASHINGTON – The Elie Wiesel Foundation for Humanity lost more than $15 million -- nearly all of its assets -- in the alleged fraud scheme run by (Jewish) Wall Street baron Bernard Madoff, the fund said Wednesday.

"We are writing to inform you that the Elie Wiesel Foundation for Humanity had 15.2 million dollars under management with Bernard Madoff Investment Securities," said the foundation, which aims to combat anti-Semitism, on its Web site.

"This represented substantially all of the foundation's assets," it said.
"We are deeply saddened and distressed that we, along with many others, have been the victims of what may be one of the largest investment frauds in history."

The statement added that the foundation "remains committed to carrying on the lifelong work of our founder, Elie Wiesel. We shall not be deterred from our mission to combat indifference, intolerance, and injustice around the world."

Wiesel, 80, a Nobel laureate and prolific author who survived the Holocaust, created the foundation two decades ago to foster international dialogue and youth programs to teach tolerance.

He is among dozens of wealthy Jews to have lost substantial amounts of money in Madoff's scheme.

Adam Was White and it DOES matter!

I have received the following comments sent to my blog.

"I do not see why race is so important to you. I have met people of other races who are nice people. I met people of other races who I do not like. I met many of my own race I do not like. However, I do not believe the object of your game is loving your own race first. You have written many derogatory things about blacks, Jews, Mexicans. I believe your goal is the goal of Hitler a blond haired, blue eyed America. "

I am sure the views of the person who wrote the comment above is shared by others. So I will respond for this person and the others who share his or her thoughts.

I have never said that there are not nice people of other races. I have met many nice and polite Negroes, Mexicans, Asians etc. I have also met many disgusting and vile white people.

I have never written or spoken any derogatory statements about blacks, Jews, Mexicans etc. That is to say I have never purposely spoken badly about a member of a "minority" race. I have spoken about historical facts of Jewish involvement in subversive activities. But even these are usually statements made by Jews themselves.

For example when I quote Ben Hetch, the late Hollywood Jewish script writer, who stated that if he had been in charge of the crucifixion of Christ he would have had sent him to Rome and fed to the lions. Why? Well, according to Ben Hetch, "They never could have made a saviour out of mincemeat!" That is not a derogatory statements but exposing what Hetch said. Or when I quote Rabbi Marcus Ravage who in Jan edition of 1928 Century Magazine boasted how Jews have infiltrated Hollywood, schools and even our Christian seminaries and have done so to destroy Christian culture. I can not be accused of making derogatory statements but only of quoting from Jewish sources.

The part that is extremely funny is how this person has swallowed Zionist propaganda when making the statement: "I believe your goal is the goal of Hitler a blond haired, blue eyed America." This is classic propaganda claiming that everyone who promotes the survival of the White race is trying to create a race of blond hair, blue eyed people. The reason this propaganda is circulated is to further divide us by making it appear that we not only hate minorities but even hate white people who do not have blond hair or blue eyes.

I can't blame this person for thinking this way because he or she is simply the victim of Jewish propaganda that Ravage bragged about which had infiltrated the public school system as well as our Churches.

Another commenter wrote:

"I read from the Book of Genesis. I read the genealogy of Jesus. You leave out one of the most important things: no where in the bible does it say Adam was WHITE! Does it? That brings up another point if race is such an issue why don't they mention that specifically in the bible?"

I know this person means well, but the fact is that the name Adam is actually from the Hebrew word Adam and it means to show blood in the face, to be rosy complexed or to blush. It is the classic example of the rosy red cheeks which is only identifiable with white people.

The reason race is important is because the Bible makes it important! God made a covenant with Abraham (Gen 12, 17) and God has been faithful to that covenant. Those who are searching really need to read the last several posts on my blog.

This doesn't mean that all non-white people are bad and all white people are good. But it does mean that God is faithful to the covenant made with Abraham.

The Bible is a book dealing with race throughout. Read the Scriptures that I listed in the last couple of posts and pray to have a narrow mind focused on the things of God and not a broad mind subject to the whims of a sinful world.

The person above said what many feel that race does not matter. But it does matter, because God made this covenant with Abraham and Sarah and we can boast that God is faithful. In fact Hebrews 6 tells us that we can have confidence of our salvation on the knowledge God has kept his covenant with Abraham.

A Man Should Love His Wife More Than the Neighbor's wife!

In response to yesterday's post someone wrote to me and said: "I guess what you are saying is that God must hate blacks, Mexicans, Asians etc."

I lost the original message but, for the most part, this is what it said.

Actually I never said that God hates the other races. In fact God loves ALL his creation and it may be difficult to understand, but he also loves, horses, cows and sparrows - even mice, ants and cockroaches. He must because when he created these things we understand that he said it was good.

However, God loves everything in its order. It is when things get out of order that he becomes displeased.

The push by the One World Church to accept miscegenation and Sodomy brings disorder.

It would be foolish to say that because I love my people more it would mean that I hate other races. I don't hate other races, but this does not mean that I should abandon love for our people. In fact Jesus Christ tells us that highest priority is to love God and love our people. I'm not going to tell you where he says this. Those who are blinded by the teachings of the One World Church can just think I made it up.

For example: Parents are to love their children. In fact parents are to love their children more than the neighbor's children. But this does not mean they hate the neighbor's children.

A man is to love his wife. In fact he should love his wife more than the neighbors wife. But it does not mean he hates the neighbors wife!

Surely this is easy to understand!

It Does Matter - That is Why There is this Genealogy Thing in the Bible

Several people presented comments (which I did not post) regarding how foolish I was for making the claim that Jesus was white. Yet it is people with this very same mindset which like to make unfounded claims that Jesus was brown and looked like a typical middle eastern person. They may even add that it doesn't matter if He was white, black, blue or green. I was simply presenting the evidence that Jesus did in fact inherit (by the very nature of physical birth) a racial identity. This racial identity was extremely important and is the reason the Bible takes time to firmly establish this by giving his genealogy.

I am aware that there are many who are entangled in the new age multi-racial cult and will simply not comprehend what I am saying. But I also know that there are good, honest Christian people who have not forsaken the faith of our forefathers who are willing to listen and learn.

There is a clear reason why the genealogy of Christ was given and that was to establish his legal and lawful authority as redeemer and messiah. According to the law given to Israel, if a person was to lose his property through some misfortune he could redeem it. However if he was unable to redeem it then a near of kin could redeem it - not a stranger, but only a near kinsman. This is known as the law of kinsman redeemer.

Israel (The white race - see yesterday's blog) had "sold" themselves by sin to Satan. They could not redeem themselves, no matter how hard they attempted to live righteous lives, they were still sinful creatures. Because we could never redeem ourselves through good works, we needed a redeemer. Jesus Christ was that redeemer and he had the lawful authority to purchase our redemption because he was our kinsman. His genealogy clearly established that!
Here is what one person wrote:

What difference does it make what color Jesus Christ was???? This is so stupid! This is the God's only Son who came down from Heaven so that those who believe in Him may be saved! Jesus endured pain and suffering and died for you so that you may be saved and all you are worried about is what color He was. You are an idiot!

As I stated above there is much attention in the Scriptures dealing with the linage of Christ. If what the person saying above is true, that the race of Jesus Christ means nothing, then why all the fuss. Jesus Christ could just as well been born as a Australian Bushman, in a grass hut to a Pigmy or on the banks of the Amazon River.

There is actually a dual story line throughout the Bible. It deals with the nation of Israel and God's love and protection for his people (again read yesterdays blog or this statement won't make sense) and then it wraps this around the coming of the Messiah and the redemption of these people. This is what connects genealogy, race, redemption and kinsman redeemer together.

One person said that Jesus never favored one race over another. I am sure this person is simply repeating what he or she has heard, but the statement is not Biblically accurate. The New Covenant was clearly given to Israel. Read Hebrews 8. Also read, Matt 10, Matt 15, Luke 2:68-74, Hebrew 6:13-20. There are many other verses also, but I will throw in two more, Psalms 147:19-20, Deut 7. Well, here's another Amos 3:2.

"Somebody stop me!" Matt 1:21, Romans 9:1-5. In fact over 200 times in the Bible, God is identified as the God of Israel (the white race - yes! you need to read yesterday's blog). This does not even count the times he is called the King of Israel, the Salvation of Israel, the Father of Israel, the Redeemer of Israel etc.

The One World Church is powerfully deceptive and it is no wonder that so many people today are traveling down the wide road toward integration and miscegenation.

I gotta run. I am sure that I have said enough to make some people mad at me and others perhaps willing to study the Scriptures a little more.

Again - Jesus Was White!

The person who posted the comment yesterday (Proud Citizen) which I entered as part of my post replied and I am going to publish his reply here. The issue was around the contention that many make that Jesus was white. This is an historical accuracy as certain as claiming that George Washington was white.

You have obviously put a lot of thought into your response and this is appreciated.For the most part I agree with what you have wrote. Demographics have changed in the region in a similar way to those in your Los Angeles example where white people are now unfortunately in the minority.If you however look at this from a purely secular biological standpoint there can be no conclusive evidence for Jesus being white, brown, black, yellow or green.The region at the time of Jesus’ birth and in the short period before it witnessed waves of immigration from all over the Middle East and Africa. Coupled with forced conversions to Judaism the ethnic make up of the indigenous Jewish population would have altered.Many if not the majority of established researchers tend to portray Jesus as Olive skinned as were the majority of people from the Levant region at the time as this is the most statistically probable ethnicity of Jesus.However to say with certainty based on scientific evidence that Jesus was white, black or olive skinned is impossible and any assertion that he is definitely of white origin is not based on scientific fact. We can agree that both our statements about the racial identity of Jesus Christ are not complete. This poster fails to understand what I said yesterday. The race of Jesus Christ is easily determined by looking at his genealogy which is given in Scripture. There is no doubt that he was of the family of Israel. Israel was descended from the Adamic race as the reading of Matthew 1 clearly shows.

I am aware that there is sweeping misunderstand on the issues of race in the Bible and the identity of Israel. I am doing a series on Sunday mornings titled, "Race-Mixing" Scriptures of the Bible Correctly Understood. I have placed quotation marks around Race-Mixing because actually there are no race-mixing scriptures in the Bible. Only scriptures not understood.

Jesus Christ was of the family of Israel and they descended from Adam. The word Adam means to show blood in the face, to be rosy or to blush. This is clearly an indication of white people.

I am aware of the universally accepted teaching that Adam was the father of all races. But this is held in contention and I dealt with this in length in my December 14th sermon which you can listen to if you click here Pastor Thomas Robb 12-14-08 .

Also we have to keep in mind that God made many promises to Abraham and Sarah within the unconditional covenant he made with them.

Israel was deep in sin and God punished them for their wickedness. To state once again, Israel (the 10-tribed northern kingdom and the 2 tribed southern kingdom) underwent 7 invasions most of which caused little harm. But the invasion of 676 BC (of the northern kingdom) was most severe and the people of Israel were broken and removed from the land. A few years later the southern kingdom (585 BC) was uprooted and destroyed upon the invasion by Babylon.

I have written on this before and in a recent issue of The Torch (published by Thomas Robb Ministries (http://www.christianidentitychurch.net/) I wrote:

The northern nation of Israel had a population of about 11 million people and the southern nation of Judah had a population of about 2 million. That is 13 million people. They didn’t just fall off the end of the world. They went somewhere!

The fact is that these people settled in Europe. Their migrations into Europe was brought about by God. The whole of Europe is not as vast as we sometimes like to imagine. For example, the distance from Rome, Italy to London, England is only about 800 miles or about the same distance from St. Louis to Denver. Upon the continent, Israel developed into many nations as was told in the covenant God made to Abraham and Sarah, that being they would be the progenitors of many nations, Gen 12 and Gen 17. There are many other indicators which correctly identify the European people (white people) as the descendants of the nation of Israel and consequently descended from Abraham.

If what I am saying is true, and I believe it is, this would mean simply that the Israel people were white people. If Jesus was a member of that race (by physical birth), as his genealogy certainly shows, it could only mean that he was, by physical birth - white!

Many volumes have been written about this subject.

While there may be many who have never heard of our racial identity with Israel before the fact is that it was widely taught a mere 100 years ago before the advent of modernism and the racial reconciliation cult.

Jesus Christ Was White

The following comment was left on this blog and instead of posting it as a comment I decided to enter it as part of today's postings.

Jesus was not white he was most likely brown or even black. If a black jesus christ were to come to Earth again would not wish him to enter America Thomas Robb??? Thomas Robb please have the conviction in your beliefs to publish this comment.

The author of this comments makes an assumption stating that: "Jesus was not white he was most likely brown or even black." The race of Jesus Christ is easy to determine and does not require guessing or assumptions based upon bias or prejudice. There is no evidence to suggest that Jesus was brown or black. New Age teachings which have been adopted by most in the modern church usually makes such statements by assuming that the people is Christ's day had the same look and appearance as people who live in this region today. Unfortunately people fail to consider the sweeping change in demographics which often occurs.

For example: If you could go back in time and visit Los Angeles in 1958 you would see a city that was mostly white. In fact California's white population reflected that of the rest of America which was over 92% white. If you would describe the average citizens of Los Angeles your description would be that of a white person. This is not prejudice this is fact - this is simply the way it was.

However, today Los Angeles is mostly non-White. White people are a minority, not only in Los Angeles but also in all of California.

This is a huge change in demographics in just 50 years. Consider the change that could have taken place in two thousand years. The people who occupy a region today may not be the same people who occupied the same region 50, 500, 1000 or 2000 years ago.

With that said it means that if we want to know the race of Jesus Christ we have to do a little research. To begin with we know that Jesus was of the nation of Israel. We understand this because his genealogy is clearly given in Scripture.

The Bible tells us that Israel lived in the area we know as Palestine. However, Israel went into sin and as punishment suffered 7 invasions by the nations of Assyria and Babylon. Most of these invasions had little consequence. However the invasion of Israel occurring in 676 BC was most devastating and the people were forcibly moved out of the land by Assyria. There were other times when massive immigration of Israelites out of the land occurred. These people traveled westward and northward and became the great and mighty nations of Europe, fulfilling the prophecy (and covenant) of God given to Abraham that his descendants would become a multitude of nations.

Jesus Christ was of the same race as his Israelite brothers and sisters who became the nations of Europe - which is white.

I am sorry that I have not been able to write on my blog for a last couple of weeks. We have been extremely busy.
I do have to note that most recent presidents have faced a small scandal sometime into their presidency. But Obama is shadowed with scandal already and he hasn't even taken office. Not only the scandal but there is still the cloud over the legality of his election. There is strong contention that he was born in Kenya and was not born in the U.S. If this is true then he does not fulfill the constitutional authority to hold the office of president.
I will attempt keep you posted on events of interest as well as things here.

In the December, 2008 and January, 2009 issues, Campbell Soup Company bought two, two-page advertisements in the latest issues of the nation's largest homosexual magazine, "The Advocate." The ads promote their Swanson line of broth.
In one of the December ads, the Campbell Soup Company highlighted the lives of two lesbians (according to their website, they are married) with their son. The others feature New York City chefs. See the ads here.
Campbell Soup Company has openly begun helping homosexual activists push their agenda. Not only did the ads cost Campbell's a chunk of money, but they also sent a message that homosexual parents constitute a family and are worthy of support. They also gave their approval to the entire homosexual agenda.
Take Action!
Send an email to Campbell Soup Company President Douglas Conant. Tell him you want his company to stop supporting the gay agenda.
After sending your email, please call Campbell Soup Company (800-257-8443) and their Swanson division (1-800-442-7684) and ask the company to remain neutral in the culture war.
Forward this info to your friends and family so they will know about Campbell's support of the gay agenda.

No more foolishness

Many of the anti comments I have posted on this blog I suspect were written by the same person and then there is the guy who calls himself Blues Preacher. I have posted all of their comments, however, some of the things they have said are so "over the top" that I have decided to reject recent ones and perhaps even future ones.

I am not oppose to criticism, and thus the reason I have posted their comments. But some of their comments are so bazaar that I decided there was no value in them. I have entered a reply a couple of times, but I certainly do not want to turn this blog into a mini soap opera with bickering back and forth like school children.

For example I posted on yesterdays blog the story of the Catholic priest who suggested that those Catholics who voted for Obama should go to confession. Blue Preacher took the simple posting of a news story to write a lengthy comments that we must be supporting Catholics and thus supporting child molesters.

Such comments are absurd. Honest inquiry is one thing but outright foolishness is another and I won't lower the dignity of this site but posting such foolishness.

Priest Urges Catholics who Voted for Obama to go to Confession

A California priest has garnered international attention and strong praise for pointing out the moral peril of Catholics who voted for President-elect Barack Obama despite being aware of his agenda to aggressively promote abortion.

"If you are one of the 54 percent of Catholics who voted for a pro-abortion candidate, you were clear on his position, and you knew the gravity of the question, I urge you to go to confession before receiving communion," wrote Fr. Joseph Illo, pastor of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in the Stockton diocese, in a letter to his parishioners. "Don't risk losing your state of grace by receiving sacrilegiously."
